| An excellent option for uploading files to your Web space is to use a good FTP ("file transfer protocol") program. We use and recommend WS_FTP for the PC and Fetch for the Mac. |

When using any type of FTP program, you will need just three things:
- Your host name, i.e., your IP address or domain name
- Your username
- Your password
